Product & Go-To-Market Manager – Labor Market Data & Solutions (f/m/x)

Based on sound empirical analyses, the Labor Market Research division deals with a wide range of labour and social policy issues in Germany and abroad.

Your tasks

We are looking for a versatile Product & Go-To-Market Manager to join our four-person labor market research team to lead the development and successful launch of new online-based solutions based on our research. This role requires a mix of strategic product management and tactical go-to-market expertise.

In this role you will:

  • Develop a comprehensive product vision and strategy that aligns with our business objectives. This includes driving the product development roadmap from concept to launch and prioritizing development steps based on market research and customer feedback.
  • Defining and implementing market launch strategies. Developing target market segments, pricing strategies and distribution channels to maximize market penetration and competitive advantage are critical points.
  • Communicate with our national and international customers.  
  • Develop compelling product communication and positioning that resonates with our target audience in the private sector. You will work with our Communications team to ensure that communications are aligned with customer needs.
  • Work with our Sales & Marketing team to develop appropriate sales activities. You will also ensure that knowledge about the product is shared with sales and the rest of the company.
  • Define and monitor the most important KPIs and metrics for the team and communicate the results regularly to relevant stakeholders.
Your profile
  • You have several years of experience in product management and in the market launch of products.
  • You have a strong ability to think strategically and bring analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • You also have excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English, which will help you to inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Ideally, you will also have (initial) experience in competency assessment, learning management or HR technology.
