HR Tech Europe took place in Amsterdam on April 22 and 23, bringing together leading professionals from HR and technology. WifOR Institute presented its new Labor Market Intelligence (LMI) platform to an international professional audience for the first time.
The LMI platform combines public labor market data with scientific analysis and economic modeling. It provides a basis for strategic personnel, qualification, and location decisions and enables a better understanding of how occupations, industries, and regional labor markets are changing.
At HR Tech Europe, WifOR demonstrated how the platform makes labor market information usable for strategic decision-making. The focus was on:
